If you are given the option to view or save there is a problem with the Adobe software on your computer.
- If any of you are having trouble viewing documents from FFS/OUR Web please read the following message: The version of the Adobe Reader (6.0) that you have on your computer has a hole (flaw) in it. Adobe is aware of this and has created a patch for it. You must first open the Adobe 6.0 Reader from start, programs, Adobe 6.0. Then chose help from the menu bar. Then chose Updates and Adobe will give you a list of available updates. One of the things in the drop down box should say Adobe 6.0.01, .02, or .03 update. Highlight this and choose download. This is a one time thing that will permanently fix your problem. i will be glad to assist if you need my help please call me at (912) 262-3210.
- The Windows 98 computers are running Adobe 5.05, that is the last edition compatible. Windows 2000 computers are the ones who are running the Adobe 6.0 Reader. If any of the users are having problems with the Adobe Acrobat they will need to download a version that is patched that will work wtih their operating system.
